How do the slippers heat up?
Each pair comes with a rechargeable power bank that slips into a pocket on the side. Press the button to choose one of three heat levels: low (approx. 37 °C), medium (approx. 45 °C) or high (approx. 55 °C).
How do I charge them?
Charge the power bank with the included USB cable, using any USB charger or laptop. No wall cord is attached to the slippers while you wear them.
How long does the heat last?
It depends on the heat level. Low lasts the longest, high the shortest. For the longest warmth, start on high to warm up and then switch to low.
Which size should I choose?
We sell EU sizes 36–37, 38–39, 40–41, 42–43 and 44–45. If you are between sizes, pick the larger one.
How do I clean them?
Remove the power bank first, then spot clean with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Shipping is free. Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 weeks. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
