Terms of service
These terms apply to all purchases from Toastoes ("we", "us"), Søbakkevej, 2640 Hedehusene, Denmark, email support@toastoes.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Products
We sell rechargeable heated slippers. We do our best to show colours and details accurately, but colours can look slightly different on different screens. Heat levels and temperatures are approximate.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown at checkout and include any VAT that applies. Shipping is free. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a price was clearly wrong or a product is unavailable.
3. Orders
A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or cannot deliver to your address.
4. Delivery
Delivery times and countries are described in our Shipping policy. The risk of loss passes to you when the slippers are delivered to you.
5. Right to cancel and returns
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. See our Return and refund policy for how to do this and how refunds work.
6. Warranty and complaints
You have the rights given by consumer law, including the right to complain about faulty goods for 2 years in the EU. Contact us as soon as possible after you discover a fault.
7. Safe use
Use only the supplied power bank and cable, and follow the care instructions. Remove the power bank before cleaning. Do not use the heating function while sleeping, on numb or insensitive skin, or on young children. Stop using the slippers if they become damaged or unusually hot. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, but nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Danish law. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. If we cannot solve a complaint together, consumers in Denmark can contact the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet, www.forbrug.dk), and EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
